Students and Alumni
- Create Job Search Plans: Meet with a career counselor to initiate employment searches, form professional connections and prepare for the Portland marketplace. This is a free service for students and continues six months after graduation.
- Utilize UO-JobLink: Take advantage of our online job database which features job listings, job search management tools and access to career professionals.
- Join Alumni Job Search Groups: Connect with other alumni looking for work through supportive small group interaction and shared content.

- Provide Advice: Network with students and young alumni through our Professional Network informational interviewing opportunities.
- Share Your Knowledge: Share insights on your career path to UO students and young alumni through panel discussions and networking events.
- Identify Potential Employees: Access talented UO graduates seeking jobs and internships through your organization's postings on UO-JobLink and our Career Center Partner Program.

Employer Relations
We build relationships with companies and organizations to facilitate career opportunities, internships and summer jobs for our students and alumni. The UO Career Center offers a wealth of recruiting resources for employers to utilize in developing an outstanding pool of talent.
- Connect with Students: Visit campus and conduct interviews with students who are actively seeking employment. The Campus Interview Program offers interview scheduling, information session and table scheduling, targeted emails, on-campus event promotion and distribution of your organization’s literature.
- Establish Campus Presence: Market your organization at Career Fairs three times a year to hundreds of interested candidates. The Career Center extensively promotes and advertises to inform students and alumni about the career fairs.
- Post Jobs on UO-JobLink: List your organization’s full-time, part-time and summer job opportunities and internships. Create your own account and manage your own account at your convenience.
- Participate in Events: Engage in unique employer events in Eugene and Portland. Learn about the latest hiring trends and network with students and alumni.
- Achieve Results: Increase your visibility and showcase your support of the UO as a Career Center Partner. Your Partner dollars provide access to major recruiting activities as well as support programs that directly contribute to your success in recruiting outstanding UO candidates.
