Are pets allowed?
University Housing does not allow pets except for a fish tank (10 gallons or less). ESA animals are approved by the university’sAccessible Education Center.

Does the university allow smoking?
All University Housing neighborhoods, communities, and campuses are smoke-, tobacco-, cannabis-, and drug-free.

I received a housing offer. Now what?
When a housing offer has been made, a security deposit, along with nonrefundable prorated first month’s rent, is required to secure the unit. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Am I allowed to rent more than just one room?
Yes. You may rent one room, or an entire two-, three-, or four-bedroom apartment.
