Sending and Receiving Mail

Students receive mail and packages at the mail and package lockers in the Portland Campus Center. Please use the following delivery address to receive mail and packages:

Packages too large to fit in mailboxes or lockers may be picked up at the Portland Campus Center with your student ID. Packages will be held for a maximum of five business days. Residents should contact the carrier to hold delivery for longer absences.

Please note: packages addressed to someone not on the contract or agreement will be immediately returned to the sender. Please send mail only after the student has checked into their apartment.

University Housing is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen mail or packages that do not use the proper university mailing address format.

Mobile and Online Food Delivery Services

University Housing will not receive mobile or online food delivery orders to the Portland Campus Center. Mobile and online food delivery services should be received directly to your apartment unit using the following delivery address format:
