Scheduling and Event Services

We provide a one-stop shop for scheduling academic and public events at the Portland campus.

UO Portland-based programs can now book classrooms, study spaces, and meeting rooms on the northeast campus. Spaces will be available for external events after January 2025. Due to the extensive renovation construction on campus, some event spaces will not be available until late fall.

For questions about events and spaces, contact UO Portland Scheduling and Event Services at pdxinfo@uoregon.edu
