Title IX and Academic supportive measures
UO is obligated to provide appropriate support measures for students who have disclosed sexual misconduct, sexual assault or harassment, discrimination, and dating or domestic violence.
Academic programs should complete the Academic Supportive Measures Documentation when students report harassment or discrimination to those who provide academic advising and support to students.
