For Students
Contacting tech support
- Please put in a ticket to https://service.uoregon.edu/TDClient/2030/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=22299
- We will have a technician monitoring the ticket system, and if you put a note in the title “Help with class in progress” and they will give that ticket higher priority.
- Please make sure your cell number is included so a tech can call you back.
For Faculty and Staff
Scheduling Requests
- All standard class info should be sent through the event form. The event system is used to assign tech staff, so we need this information even though all classes are remote.
- Under AV we will assume that classes are using the uoregon.zoom.us accounts. If you need help getting set up with these accounts, please review instructions, or see “Contacting tech support” below for additional assistance.
Information the tech needs to help remotely
- Zoom meeting ID for the class (professors will need to send this to their department or thepdxinfo@uoregon.edu address)
- Email and cell number for the professor
